Fall is here and it brings many wonderful things like cooler weather, changing of the leaves and delicious superfoods! In an article from Health.com, they listed the 15 Best Superfoods for Fall. Just because the weather is cooling down doesn't mean your healthy fruits and vegetables should be limited.

These superfoods are packed with nutrients and supplements that will keep you feeling fantastic for the rest of fall:

Pumpkin:

Pumpkins are a delicious squash, which are sweet in taste and have a moist texture. They are excellent for anyone with a sweet-tooth who is on a diet! Pumpkin is perfect in pies, cakes and pudding.  As an outstanding source of potassium and B vitamins, they also have more than 20% of your DRI (Dietary Reference Intake) of fiber.

Cauliflower:

Cauliflower is a versatile superfood and can be steamed as a side dish or mashed for a mashed potato substitute. These healthy bundles are packed with compounds to help prevent cancer and have phytonutrients which have been linked to lowering cholesterol. Additionally, they are an excellent source of vitamin c!
