Why We ❤ It! Bridge pose holds many healing qualities! It strengthens your back, chest & neck, which is extremely important for our survivor sisters. Some extra strengthening benefits, are your back, buttocks & hamstrings, AKA it'll help you with your Beyoncé booty! Bridge pose provides therapeutic benefits as well. It can help in relieving symptoms of menopause; reduce stress & depression, as well as stimulating the lungs, thyroid glands (YAY!), & abdominal organs.
Modifications: Use a yoga block under the hips to support your weight.
