Yoga Move of the Month: Side Plank

Level of Difficulty: Beginner 

Why We ❤ It! Side Plank is great, because it builds strength in your shoulders, spine, forearms and wrists. While strengthening, it also increases flexibility in your wrists and increases range of motion in your hips. Who doesn't love a good, all-around workout? With regular practice, you will even begin to notice your abdominal muscles becoming toned. 

Modifications: Bring leg and shin down to the mat, until you have enough strength to support your weight.
