Yoga Move of the Month: Tree

Level of Difficulty: Beginner 

Why We ❤ It!  Tree pose is a mentally healing pose. While focusing on holding your pose, it allows you to center your breathing and collect your thoughts - this benefits your memory, focus, balance and concentration. Not to mention, this pose does wonders in strengthening your ankles and knees! 

Modifications: Use wall for balance or bring arms out to the side.
