Yoga Move of the Month: Triangle

Level of Difficulty: Beginner

Why We ❤ It! Your whole body is engaged in the pose, it strengthens your core, opens your shoulders and hips and stretches your legs. Not to mention, it is kind of fun! The feeling of your body opening up into a really good stretch energizes you. 

Modifications: Use a yoga block on the floor to support your lower hand.
